Community Management Position

The Executives have decided to create a new position in the community, Community Manager, this position will be in charge of the following:

• Welcoming new players into the community, help them integrate and feel a part of the community.

• Organize community events like:

  • Site-Wide RP

  • Contests

  • Game Nights/Movie Nights

  • Seasonal Events

• Encourage discussion on forums and discord.

• Recognize outstanding players in announcements.

• Collect player suggestions and complaints.

• Create polls on propsed changes.

• Write announcements about:

  • Server updates

  • Rule changes

  • Upcoming events

  • Maintenance

• Maintain a consistent and professional tone between staff and players.

• Answer common questions from the community.

• Monitor the overall mood of the community.

• Identify recurring frustrations before they become major issues.

• Help resolve conflicts between groups or factions.

With that being said, myself and @blackout2217 are excited to announce @Q1X as your new Community Manager.
